Title: Indigenous Photographer opens new exhibition
Australian Indigenous photographer Wayne Quilliam opened 'Sorry-more than a Word' exhibition in Brisbane for Black History Month.
To celebrate Black History month Wayne Quilliam in partnership with the Brisbane City council launched the 'Sorry-more than a Word' exhibition at several venues in July. Kevin Rudd's apology to Indigenous Australian's was captured by Wayne, who was then commissioned to develop an exhibiton that captured the essence of the day. 'Sorry-more than a Word' has travelled the country showing in corporate venues and in remote Australia. The images have featured in shows around the world and will contiune to travel the globe inspiring people to remember the historic day.
