Snapshot Teenagers Photographic Prize

Penrith Regional Gallery invites teenagers across to attend photographic workshops with some of Australia’s best photographers.

On September 13 between 9.30 and 2.30 participants will have an outstanding opportunity to work with one of Australia’s finest Aboriginal photographers, renowned for his sensitive and innovative work with Indigenous people around the world.

Adjunct Professor Wayne Quilliam is an Aboriginal Photographer/Artist and cultural advisor and was named the national NAIDOC Artist of the Year in 2009, winner of the 2008 Human Rights Award, highly commended in the prestigious Walkley Award.  He is nominated as a Master of Photography by National Geographic, printed in more than a 1000 publications and developed and curated in excess of 130 exhibitions.

All workshops cost $110 and participants must bring their own camera.
